SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES:
To keep everyone safe and happy, some of our activity areas will be scheduled through a sign-up system. This will ensure that proper physical distancing and sanitization can occur between sessions. Along with the activities listed, we’ll have campfires, special programs, and activities, such as scavenger hunts, bingo or minute-to-win it, for all members of the family to enjoy. Need a break? Not to worry, there will be time for you to relax and recharge while our staff entertain your children.
ACCOMODATIONS
Each family/bubble will have their own private cabin for the weekend. This will be your home-away-from-home as you make camp your very own playground! Each cabin has electricity, a mini-fridge, a front porch and 6 bunk beds that can sleep up to 12 people.
FOOD
Let our Red Seal camp chef, Phil Devine, show off his culinary skills. Included in your Family Camp package are all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Enjoy some of our camp favorites such as: pancakes, french toast, mac & cheese, shepherd's pie, chili, chicken souvlaki, lasagna, and salad bar. All of our common spaces will be arranged to comply with physical distancing regulations. Your family will have the option to enjoy meals inside the dining hall at your designated table, in your cabin or outside at your own picnic table. We are more than happy to accommodate any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES
As with anything we do at Camp Nokomis, safety is our top priority. We will ensure that all safety practices and guidelines from local public public health and provincial government are strictly adhered to. Some of these safety measures will include:

-
Each family will have exclusive access to their own cabin which no one else will be allowed to enter, unless under emergency circumstances.

Thorough cleaning and sanitizing of each cabin and shared space between reservations.
-
All shared equipment will be sanitized before and after use.
